BREAKFAST BRUNCH | |
1 lb. sausage 6 slices of bread torn 1/2 stick butter 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese (or cheese of your choice) 5 eggs beaten 2 c. half & half Melt butter and pour into 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Cook and drain sausage, put bread on top of butter, put sausage over bread and add cheese. Beat eggs and half and half together, pour into pan over the cheese and sausage. Chill 8 hours or overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. |
