BREAKFAST BRUNCH 
Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

16 slices bread (crust removed)

Place 8 slices bread on bottom of 9 x 13 pan, greased.

Sprinkle with:

2 c. cubed baked ham
2 c. shredded American cheese
4 oz. can mushrooms, drained

Place 8 slices bread on top.

Beat:

6 eggs
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. chives

Pour over bread. Cover with foil. Place in refrigerator overnight. Next day bring to room temperature.

Blend and spread on top:

2 to 3 c. broken bread crusts
1/2 c. melted butter
