CREAMY BAKED CHICKEN BREASTS 
4 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
4 slices Swiss cheese
1 (10 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 soup can full dry white wine or water
2 c. seasoned stuffing mix
1/3 c. melted butter

Arrange chicken breasts in shallow 3 quart baking dish. Place a slice of Swiss cheese on each piece of chicken. Stir together undiluted chicken soup and wine or water. Spoon evenly over chicken. Coarsely crush the 2 cups seasoned stuffing mix and sprinkle over top. Evenly drizzle with 1/3 cup melted butter. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 55 minutes or until thickest portion of breast is tender. Serves 8.
