TACO SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 can red kidney beans
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 bottle 1, 000 Island salad dressing
1 head lettuce
1 avocado, diced
4 tomatoes, chopped
1 (39 cent) bag corn chips

Brown beef in skillet. Add onion and cook until clear. Add beans and hot sauce to taste. Chop crisp lettuce into bite size pieces, add tomatoes, cheese and avocado. Crunch chips into mixture, then add whole bottle of dressing. Drain meat mixture and pour into salad. Toss and serve.
