CREAM PUFF CAKE 
1 stick butter
1 c. water
1 c. flour
4 eggs
8 oz. cream cheese
2 c. milk
2 pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
Cool Whip
Chopped nuts, optional
Pam Spray
Chocolate drizzle (Hershey's syrup)

Bring butter and water to a boil. Dump in flour, stirring. Turn off heat. Add eggs (one at a time). Spray a 9 x 13 pan with Pam. Spread dough and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Pat center after baking if needed to be (to make edge).

Beat cream cheese until creamy, add milk, then add the instant pudding. Fill crust when cool. Top with Cool Whip. Drizzle chocolate. Add chopped nuts if you wish. Can use any flavor of pudding.
