BEEF BRISKET 
1 (4-5 lb.) beef brisket
1 pkg. onion soup mix
3-4 med. size onions, sliced in half

Place beef brisket on a piece of foil. Sprinkle onion soup mix over meat. Add onion halves. Put another piece of foil over meat and fold foil together. Bake at 325 degrees for 3-4 hours. This is cooked very slowly to tenderize meat. You can make gravy from the drippings.
