CHICKEN DON'T PEEK 
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. rice (quick, uncooked)
1 can celery soup
1 can mushroom soup
3/4 c. milk
3 lb. cut up chicken parts
1 env. onion soup mix

Melt butter in roasting dish, pour in rice, heat soups and milk in saucepan until boiling. Pour over rice. Place chicken pieces on top. Sprinkle dry onion soup over chicken. Cover with tight fitting lid. Bake 2 hours at 300 degrees. Don't peek!
