NO-PEEK CHICKEN 
1 c. uncooked rice
1 chicken, cut up
1 can celery soup
1/4 c. water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. dry onion soup

Mix rice, soups and water. Spread over bottom of 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Lay chicken parts on top. Sprinkle dry onion soup over chicken. Seal tightly with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. If using glass dish, heat oven to 325 degrees.
