1 box UNCLE BEN'S® long grain & wild rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. cold water
Dash of curry powder
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
6-8 chicken breasts

Lightly grease 9"x13" pan. Combine all ingredients except onion soup mix and chicken. Pour in dish and lay chicken on top. Sprinkle onion soup mix and seal with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. Don't peek.
