CINNAMON CARAMEL STICKY ROLLS 
1 lb. frozen bread dough (Bridgford)

FILLING:

3 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans

TOPPING:

1 c. light or dark brown sugar
5 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans

1. Thaw frozen dough (see directions on package).

2. Filling: Mix cinnamon and sugar together; set aside.

3. Topping: Mix sugar, butter and water in a small saucepan, place over medium heat. When butter melts bring to a boil for 5 minutes, stirring several times. Pour into a 9"x13" pan. Sprinkle nuts on top of syrup.

4. Roll dough into a 9"x14" rectangle. Spread with remaining butter, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and top with nuts. Press nuts in dough lightly.

5. Roll dough from long side in jelly roll fashion. Cut into 12 equal slices, place on top of topping.

6. Let rise in warm place for 45 minutes or until double in size.

7. Preheat oven to 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

8. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top.

9. Wait 5 minutes before inverting on a plate or tray.
