CARAMEL FOR CINNAMON ROLLS 
2 c. brown sugar
4 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. white vinegar or 1 tsp. dark vinegar
1/4 c. corn syrup
1/2 c. butter
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together in saucepan. Boil 1 minute. Makes enough for 2 (9 x 13 inch) pans of rolls. May be kept in the refrigerator.
