SPINACH CASSEROLE | |
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream 1 pkg. dried onion soup mix 1/3 c. cracker crumbs 1 1/2 tsp. melted butter 1-2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese Thaw spinach 4-6 hours and drain well. In a buttered casserole, combine spinach, onion soup mix, and sour cream. Top with a mixture of crumbs, butter, and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Serves 4-6. |
