SPINACH CASSEROLE 
1 16 oz. pkg. hash browns
1 10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach
1 8 oz. container sour cream
1 small can cream of celery soup (do not add water)
1 16 oz. bag shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. chopped ham

Drain spinach well. Mix 1 cup cheese with sour cream, soup, spinach and hash browns. Mix in ham. Pour mixture in a greased baking pan. Top with rest of cheese.

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
