UNCHICKEN BY CHARLIE 
8 chicken breasts, deskinned and boned
8 slices of bacon, raw
1 pkg. or jar of dried beef (4 oz.)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms

Wrap the breasts with bacon and place on 2 slices of beef in a greased 8 x 12 inch baking dish. Mix the soup and sour cream and pour all over the chicken. Top with sliced mushrooms. Refrigerate until ready to cook. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Sauce may be doubled for use on rice.
