HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
2 lb. hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Cheese, grated
1 onion, chopped
8 oz. sour cream
1 can evaporated milk

Put hash browns into 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix soup, onion, sour cream and milk. Pour over hash browns. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 to 60 minutes.
