HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. (32 oz.) frozen hash brown potatoes
1 can (10 oz.) cream of chicken soup
1 can (10 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1 carton (8 oz.) sour cream
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash black pepper
Corn flakes, crushed

Thaw potatoes. Mix all ingredients except butter. Pour into 10 x 13 inch greased casserole dish. Cover with crushed corn flakes. Drizzle melted butter over top. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 8.
