QUICK `N EASY PUMPKIN SLICES 
4 eggs
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Combine eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin. Beat thoroughly. In another bowl, sift flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and soda. Gradually add to the pumpkin mixture. Stir until well blended and smooth. Spread in a 15 x 10 x 1 inch jelly roll pan or cookie sheet with sides.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool. Frost with cream cheese icing. Slice. Makes 25 (3 x 2 inch) slices.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. softened butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar

Beat together until light and fluffy.
