FROSTED GRAPES 
1 lb. red seedless grapes
1 lb. white grapes
3 egg whites
1 lb. of black grapes

Note: Grapes not used can be washed.

Beat egg whites until foamy. Wash grapes, then dry. Then with pastry brush paint egg whites on grapes. Roll grapes at once, in granulated sugar. Set on wax paper to dry about 1 hour. They will sparkle or crystal. You garnish your turkey platter with them.
