GRAPE JUICE WITH EGG (SZOLOLE TOJDSSAL) | |
3 tbsp. orange juice 1/2 c. grape juice 2 tsp. sugar Dash of salt 1 egg white, beaten stiff Pour into 1 tall glass. It is an appetizer tempter for convalescents, the grape juice has iron contents, the orange juice has potassium and the egg has a little protein to help the sick regain their strength. |
