FROSTED GRAPES 
2 egg whites
Seedless green grapes
Powdered sugar

Froth the egg whites and separate grapes into small bunches. Dip each bunch in egg whites, shake off excess egg whites and then dip grapes into a mound of powdered sugar. See that each grape is completely covered. Dip in sugar again and again, carefully and tenderly shaking the bunch each time. Then lay the grapes on a wire rack to dry. When dry, you will have crystal snowy grapes. These make a beautiful centerpiece or may be used to garnish salads.
