ED'S MACARONI AND CHEESE 
2 c. milk
1 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. butter
3 eggs
2 c. macaroni (16 oz. pkg.)
12 oz. Velveeta cheese
12 oz. Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Mix milk, paprika, butter and eggs in bowl or blender. Spray oil in casserole cooking dish. Cook macaroni noodles and drain. Mix Velveeta cheese with noodles while hot and place in dish. Pour milk and egg mixture over noodles. If desired, add sliced or grated Cheddar cheese over macaroni. Place in a 350°F oven and bake 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
