SPOON BURGERS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. celery
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/3 c. barbecue sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
4 to 6 drops red pepper sauce
4 or 5 wiener buns

1. Crumble ground beef into 2-qt. casserole; add onion, celery and green pepper. Cover loosely and microwave on high (100%) 3 minutes; break up and stir. Cover and microwave until very little pink remains, 3 to 4 minutes longer; drain. 2. Stir in remaining ingredients except buns. Cover tightly and microwave on high (100%) until hot, 3 to 5 minutes; stir. Fill buns with beef mixture. Makes 4 or 5 sandwiches.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
