BARBECUED SPOON BURGERS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. catsup
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (3 oz.) can tomato paste
3/4 c. water
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. paprika

Brown ground beef. Put in slow cooker (crock pot) and add remaining ingredients. Stir thoroughly. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours or on high 3-4 hours. Spoon into split, warmed hamburger buns or serve over mashed potatoes, noodles, or rice.
