SPOON BURGERS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. barbecue sauce
1 tbsp. flour
8 buns split

Cook beef, peppers, onion and celery over low heat for 5 minutes. Add flour and salt. Mix well. Stir in barbecue sauce and simmer 15 minutes. Spoon on bottom 1/2 of bun. Cover with top half.
