CHOCOLATE SHEATH CAKE 
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. shortening
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine flour and sugar in large bowl -- set aside. Combine water, butter, shortening and cocoa in a heavy saucepan; bring to boil. Pour chocolate mixture over flour mixture; blend well. Add next 5 ingredients; mix well. Pour batter into lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool. Spread with Chocolate Peanut Frosting.

FROSTING:

1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. milk
1 (16 oz.) pkg. powdered sugar
1 c. salted peanuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine cocoa, butter and milk in heavy saucepan; bring to boil stirring constantly. Remove from heat, stir in sugar, peanuts; mix well and stir in vanilla. Spread over cake.
