CHOCOLATE SHEATH CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
1 c. water
3 tbsp. cocoa
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda

Sift flour, re-sift flour with sugar. Bring to a boil butter, water and cocoa. Pour over flour and sugar. Mix eggs, soda, buttermilk, vanilla and cinnamon. Add to other mix. Mix well. Bake in greased and floured oblong cake pan for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Start icing last 5 minutes cake is baking.

ICING:

1 stick butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 box confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix butter, milk and cocoa over low heat, but do not boil. Remove from heat and add sugar, nuts and vanilla; mix well. Frost cake as soon as done.
