1 slice crisp toast
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. cottage cheese
Artificial sweetener to taste

Mix cottage cheese with cinnamon, vanilla and sweetener. Spread on toast and place under broiler until brown and bubbly. One serving.
