ITALIAN TORTELLINI SALAD 
1 (7 oz.) pkg. cheese filled tortellini
4 oz. provolone or Mozzarella cheese, cubed
1 sm. tomato, coarsely chopped
1/2 yellow or green pepper, cut in strips
1/4 c. sliced ripe olives
2 green onions, sliced
1/2 c. Italian salad dressing
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook tortellini according to package directions; drain. Let stand in bowl for about 5 minutes. Add cheese, pepper strips, olives and onions. Mix well and add dressing and Parmesan cheese. Serve chilled.
