VERA'S VINEGAR PIE 
1 stick butter
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter and let cool. In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add vinegar, flour and vanilla; blend well. Add the cooled butter; mix well. Then pour into an unbaked 9-inch pie shell.

Bake in preheated 300 degree oven about an hour, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

This pie makes its own topping and cuts ragged.
