VINEGAR PIE CRUST 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. shortening
2 tsp. vinegar
1/4 c. water

Sift together dry ingredients. Cut in shortening. Combine water and vinegar and toss with crumb mixture. Makes a 2 crust 9 inch pie.
