THREE - BEAN SALAD 
1 pt. green beans, cooked
1 pt. yellow wax beans, cooked
1 pt. kidney beans, cooked & rinsed
1 purple onion, sliced thin
1/2 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. red or green pepper, diced

1. Drain all the beans well and mix together. Then stir in the onion, celery and pepper.

2. Stir in dressing. Let stand several hours or overnight to allow the flavor to blend.

DRESSING:

3/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. salad oil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Blend together thoroughly; then pour over vegetables.
