BARBECUED PORK CHOPS 
12 pork chops
2 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 c. catsup
2 tsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. liquid smoke
Salt and pepper

Brown chops slowly in hot oil. Season with salt and pepper. For sauce combine tomato sauce, catsup, Worcestershire, onion salt and liquid smoke. Pour over chops. Cover and cook slow in oven 1 hour. Serves 12.
