BLUEBERRY CRUMB COFFEE CAKE 
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1 egg, beaten
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 c. blueberries

TOPPING:

1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. flour
1/4 c. butter

Sift dry ingredients. Cream shortening and sugar; add egg; add milk and dry ingredients, alternately. Pour into 9"x9" greased pan. Mix blueberries and lemon juice and place on batter. Mix the topping together and sprinkle over berries. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
