CHICKEN SOUP 
1 fryer chicken
1/2 c. rice
1 tsp. salt
1 to 2 carrots, cut
1/2 c. green bell peppers
1/2 c. fresh tomatoes
1/2 c. celery cut fine
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. potatoes
Cilantro (coriander)

Clean and cut all vegetables. Boil chicken for 15 minutes. Add 1/2 cup rice and rest of ingredients except cilantro and boil for 15 minutes more. Add cilantro to taste. Serves 4 to 6. Other vegetables may be added.
