BARBECUE APPETIZER MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 egg
2 tbsp. dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. Watkins meat magic
1/4 tsp. ground beef seasoning
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Combine above ingredients into ground chuck. Mix well. Shape into 1 inch meatballs. Brown meatballs, drain fat. Prepare sauce. Pour over meatballs and simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 45-50 meatballs.

SAUCE:

1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. barbecue
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. water
