APPLE CRISP 
2 cans apples (1 lb. 4 oz. size) OR 6 to 8 fresh
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
4 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Mix these together in a Pyrex dish.

2 slightly beaten eggs, put aside
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

Mix these ingredients and put into beaten eggs. Spread this mixture on top of your apple mixture from first step.

Melt 1 stick butter. Pour this on top of your last batch. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
