DUTCH APPLE CRISP 
5-6 med. to lg. apples, sliced, peeled
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 unbeaten egg
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. cinnamon

Fill a 9 inch pie plate or 6 x 10 inch baking pan or glass dish with sliced apples.

Mix together: flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and egg. Mix with 2 knives until well blended. Spread mixture over apples. Pour butter over mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream or top with whipped cream.
