BLUEBERRY-APPLE CRISP 
1 pt. blueberries
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/3 c. butter, melted and cooled
2 c. sliced tart apples
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Butter a shallow 1 1/2 quart baking dish and put in blueberries and apples. Sprinkle with lemon juice and brown sugar. Mix next 3 ingredients, stir in egg and mix until crumbly. Sprinkle over fruit. Top with butter, melted, cooled, then sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.

Frozen blueberries may be substituted for fresh if necessary.
