3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. peanut butter

Topping:
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. coconut

Mix butter and all ingredients, place in greased dish.

Topping:

Soften butter to room temperature and mix all ingredients. Sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees in oven for 30 minutes.
