SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
2 lightly beaten eggs
1/3 stick melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk

TOPPING:

1/3 stick melted butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. self-rising flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. shredded coconut

Mix all ingredients (besides those for topping) and pour into greased baking dish. Combine ingredients for topping and cover casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
