SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 1/2 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. melted butter
3/4 c. coconut

TOPPING:

1 c. ground pecans
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. self-rising flour

Mix sweet potatoes with next 6 ingredients and pour into a 2 quart oblong casserole. Spread topping over potato mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
