SPUD'S PECAN PIE 
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
3 eggs, beaten
4 tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. dark Karo syrup
1 c. light Karo syrup
2 tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. pecans
unbaked pie crust

Preheat oven to 350°F. In mixing bowl, mix sugar, eggs, and cornstarch. Add syrups, butter, and vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Place pecans in bottom of pie crust and pour filling over.

Bake 40 minutes at 350°F.
