GRILLED PARMESAN SPUDS 
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
2 potatoes, peeled and halved lengthwise

Place cast iron skillet on briquettes in gas grill or any grill. Melt butter in skillet on low setting. Combine cheese, flour, peppers, & salt in bowl. Dampen potato halves in water, place in dry mixture. Put in cast iron skillet. Cook on medium setting with grill cover down for 35 minutes or until done. Turn once.
