3 or 4 medium sweet potatoes
cooking oil spray

Clean the sweet potatoes, but do not peel. Cut into strips like French Fries. Spray cookie sheet and arrange "fries" in a single layer.

Bake at 400°F until potatoes are tender, turning half-way through, and re-spraying. Serve with honey or maple syrup (not ketchup)!
