BAKED PINEAPPLE 
1 c. pecans
2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple chunks
1/4 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. grated Colby cheese
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
butter

1. Butter baking dish.

2. Toast pecans 5 minutes, set aside.

3. Drain 1 (20 ounce) can of pineapple, place in baking dish.

4. Sift dry ingredients together, sprinkle half of this mixture in casserole over pineapple and dot with butter.

5. Mix cheeses and layer half of cheese mixture in casserole.

6. Drain second can of pineapple, repeat steps 3, 4, 5.

7. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

8. Top with toasted pecans. Bake 5 more minutes.
