BAKED PINEAPPLE 
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, unsweetened, don't drain
2 tbsp. flour
3 eggs, slightly beaten

Mix above and pour in 1 1/2 quart casserole.

TOPPING:

4 slices white or brown bread, cubed
1/4 lb. butter

Melt butter and soak bread cubes until coated. Spread bread on top of mixture in casserole and bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
