PINEAPPLE BAKE 
1 1/4 c. cracker crumbs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
3-4 tbsp. melted butter
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple slices, drained (optional)
Maraschino cherries (optional)

Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium mixing bowl, mixing well. Pour into a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Pour butter evenly over casserole. Garnish with pineapple slices and place a maraschino cherry in the center of each slice, if desired. Bake casserole at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Yield about 6-8 servings.
