CHICKEN PINEAPPLE PIE 
FILLING:

2 c. diced chicken
1 c. drained pineapple
1 c. sour cream
3/4 c. Miracle Whip

Mix ingredients and refrigerate while preparing crust.

CRUST:

1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. paprika
Additional grated cheddar cheese for garnish

Mix flour and salt with oil and milk. Slowly stir while adding 3/4 cup cheese and paprika. Form into ball and press into pie pan. Bake 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Fill crust with chicken mixture and top with additional grated cheese. Serve cold.
