PEPPER STEAK 
1 1/2 lbs. sirloin steak
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 lg. bell pepper, sliced
2 tbsp. oil
soy sauce
Cornstarch

Slice beef in thin slices against the grain and marinate in soy sauce about 30 minutes. Roll beef slices in cornstarch. Heat oil in wok until very hot. Add beef and stir fry meat until tender. Remove and set aside to drain. Stir fry onions and peppers in same oil until tender. Then mix with meat and serve.
