PEPPERED STEAK AND VEGETABLES 
4 tsp. oil
2-3 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. salt
2-3 lbs. steak, sliced thin
1 1/2 bell peppers, sliced
1 tomato, diced
2 carrots, grated
1 c. rice, cooked
1 1/2 onions, sliced

Brown garlic in oil. Add salt and steak, cooking until tender. Add onions, bell pepper, tomatoes and carrots. Turn heat on low and simmer covered until tender. Take off heat and add rice.
